We may contact you in relation to an ongoing contract.
We have a duty of care to your pets before, during and after your stay. We are therefore required to maintain information about yourself and your pet. We will retain these records after your pets stay with us in case we need to contact you. For example, if in the unlikely event that one of the pets in our care is unwell during or after your pet’s stay, we may need to contact you. In the unlikely event that your pet is unwell after their stay with us, we may need these records to contact you or other customers. If you would like us to remove your data from our records, please contact us.
We may contact you in relation to legitimate business interest.
Your data will be kept on record for financial accounting purposes for which we are legally required to maintain records.
Our website uses cookies to help us to monitor traffic through our website using Google Analytics. All data is anonymous and no personal data is collected.

Where do we keep your information?
Our customer records are all in hard copy. Whilst your pet is boarding, where applicable, we will ask you to leave their vaccination certificates with us to comply with the license agreement. All of these documents are stored in individual folders in a locked filing cabinet. During your pets stay the only documents not retained in the locked cabinet will be ones relating to your pet’s daily care needs.

Any messages sent to us via a contact form on this website are sent by email directly to us for processing.
Requesting your information
You are entitled to request a copy or to view the information we hold about you. Any request must be made in writing with proof of identity being supplied before the information can be released.
Changes to this Policy
From time to time we may update this Privacy Policy in line with website changes that may affect the personal information we gather about you.
